- Free Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped on the same day, except on Sundays and national holidays.
- Premium/Priority Shipping: Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped on the same day, except on Sundays and national holidays.
- International Shipping:
- Orders will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Waybill number/AWB number will be notified to you within 2 to 3 days after the shipping of international orders.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
Across India:
- Metro Cities: Delivery within 2 business days.
- Other Cities: Delivery within 3 to 4 days.
- Remote Regions: Delivery within 4 to 6 days.
International Shipping:
- Worldwide Delivery: Approximate delivery time of 5-6 business days after shipping.
- We partner with top courier services such as UPS (and other leading global couriers) to ensure timely delivery of your international shipment.
Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the region and customs regulations.
3. Gift Orders:
- We do not provide gift wrap due to expedited processing. However, all orders are elegantly packaged in our Brand Box, ideal for gifting or safekeeping your jewelry.
- For a personal touch, we offer customized handwritten notes. Kindly specify your message in the additional notes section during checkout.
Additional Points:
– Buffer Time for Gifting Orders: When placing gift orders, we recommend allowing for a buffer period as the expected delivery time provided by the courier may fluctuate.
– Delivery Date Guarantee: We do not guarantee exact delivery dates for gift orders, as the courier may deliver the shipment before or after the expected time.
– Invoicing: All orders will include an invoice, as required by law. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the invoice from the shipment.
