To initiate a return, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. It is necessary that you make a video for the unboxing process, as this will assist us in verifying the eligibility of the return request. You can contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return and provide any necessary details.

Please note that returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect products are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and images before making a purchase.

Return Process:

4) Return Shipment: We will initiate a return shipment from our end, you need to handover the parcel to the pickup executive. Please note that the shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product.

5) Verification and Refund: After we receive the returned item, we will verify its condition. Once the verification is successful, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method, as it may take some time for the bank processing.

Sale Items:
No refund, return, or exchange is applicable on sale items. Please carefully consider your purchase of sale items, as they are final and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
